    I hadn't been sure if it was a problem with my setup or the sytem in general. I have tried it in every possible way to configure cell and conduit, it didn't work.

    The problem seems to be that the ender io conduits, eventhough they're nearly perfectly comaptible with thermal expansion, cannot take rf from energy cells. But they can transfer it to machines or other cells without problems. I have encoutered the same problem and fixed it by using the ender io...

    Im pretty sure that the ender io conduits are just not able to extract the energy from the energy cells.
