    I may have screwed myself by just deleting the folder instead of going through control panel (which as a result won't delete them anymore).     Tried doing that, but now the Minecraft client won't even open. According to the log it crashes before I am even in the main menu.

    The fix he mentions (unless I missed something) is F3 + T, which I assume is to be used in-game, but I can't even get in-game in neither single player nor multiplayer... :(

    As I previously mentioned, I got it to run twice. So apparently it does run, just not as well. As I also said, the error I am getting which is different from my friends who are on 64-bit is the text I posted right there.
