    unable to rotate electrical engine

    Hello, Am trying to get my electrical engine to face correct way...expect it doesn't face anywhere but towards west for some reason. Have tried so far BC wrench, IC wrench,OmniWrench,Crescent hammer, placing it from different angles, and yes I know you need use tool on right side is this bug...
