    1.7 Modpacks and Servers Both Crashing

    They each seem to work the first time they launch, but crash every time after that... The crash reports seems to vary... Which java should I be using? I've tried both JRE 7 and 8, and both on their own and neither helps?

    There are soo many nowadays and each seems good, but I want to know which one you would recommend. I want the modpack to be fun and not too complex, because I will be playing with someone with not a lot of mod experience.
