Try going to options > advanced options > additional java parameters and pasting this code:
-XX:PermSize=64M -XX:MaxPermSize=256M
I didn't come up with this, I just found it floating around. Hopefully it can help some of you before you need to start whining :D
Yup... The FTB auncher is downloading vanilla MC.
I've tried to re-download the launcher but the link is screwed up. Anyone know what my problem is? I downloaded the RPG pack a couple days ago.
