    Windows .exe FPS Oddities

    Hello, I've been having some odd issues with the FTB packs for awhile and have not been able to pin it down, its FPS related issue in that I seem to be either locked to 30FPS most of the time or 40FPS. For whatever reason today it started running between 80-115FPS and everything was smooth...
