    FPS help?

    I am posting this thread because I have tried so many fixes that claim to work that don't seem to help me for some reason. What my problem is that I cannot brake 23fps at max, I have all FTB setting to fast, render distance short, no clouds, no fog, no smooth lighting. Optifine is installed...
