    Wisps not spawning?

    Is it possible for Wisps to not spawn no matter the level of Flux. not just that, but I even went into Creative mode and flew around and didn't find a single Totem. The Seed I am on is BioshockInfinite (LOLZ I know, but its actually a really solid Seed under ExtrabiomesXL Large, not default)
