I want to have every Cast that exists on a Casting Table and be able to flip one or two levers to use only one of the 24 Liquids from the Tanks. Right now my Problem...

I am playing Infinity right now and there are no Liquiducts.
At the moment I am using Ender IO's Fluid Conduits on the Railcraft Iron Tanks.
How can I control the Conduits via Redstone ? I wanna be able to close/open it at the Iron Tank Valve.
I already tried Redstone...
