With the exact same setting (2 GB RAM allocated to Java in the launcher) I can barely run a mod pack using FTB. For example I get about 10 FPS in Direwold20's 1.7.10 mod pack with about half the mods disabled but in ATLauncher I can run Resonant Rise 3 with 220 mods at 30-40 constant FPS. This...
