I checked every thread that opened before but I couldn't find a solution.I deleted and reinstalled the Java.
But I can't solve it.
The problem is when I start the ServerStart.bat It doesn't extract any file or it's not starting the Server Console.
java -Xms2048m -Xmx2048m -XX:permSize=128m -jar...
