    Good FPS slow game update

    I'm playing on a single player world and i have decent frame rate (30-40) but the game takes forever to update things i do. If open an inventory like a chest it will not open fora good 3 minutes, but in the meanwhile i can move freely and look around but not much else. i am running with a Nvidia...
