What is the block that pushes out liquids?

How does one create bio fuel? (that orange stuff I think) The only method Im currently aware of is MFR Bio reactor or something (that purple thing where you throw crops into) I know this is somewhere in NEI, but my machine recipes are messing up so I cant find it.
