To fix it tell it to download in your old folder not the downloads folder. This has happened to me twice now so it might keep reoccuring.

So I figured out the problem in case anyone else has this problem. I have it set to download the files in a seperate folder but it reset it to the downloads folder so whenever I tried opening a pack it didn't find te necessary files.

So I just started having this problem about 30 minutes ago where everytime I try to open the Mindcrack pack from the launcher it just sits there and doesn't even open the game. I've looked around the forum's tech support and can't find anyone else having this problem so please help.

Ok so I tried something and it worked. If you are using the FTB launcher like I am then go to the options and tell it to download files in a new folder. once it's done downloading the files replace the instmods file in your original file with the new one and replace the mods and coremods files...

yes I am using the launcher, the folder I looked in was the folder I created for everything to be stored in. After I updated to the 1.0.7 update the mods folder and the edit mod pack button have no mods.

Hey I just updated to the 1.0.7 update today and when I launched there were no mods no forge nothing. I looked in my folder there's nothing there either. Can someone help I really love this pack.

Since Optifine has "No permissions" then are you either going to try to get permissions and fix some of the bugs I've encountered with using it in FTB or add something else which increases fps?
