Yeah Flip is right, basic gates don't support pipe wire. Iron gates support red, gold ones support red and blue and diamond supports all four colours.

Buildcraft pipes also work really well with hoppers and thermal expansion machines if you don't mind pipes everywhere. My system is an ugly power hungry monster but it does it's job for now.

Yeah I agree about the forth, I have no idea with it either and much prefer CC. People who could use them loved them though. Frames on the other hand are great fun once you get the hang, I usually control them with a combination of CC, wireless redstone and logic gates. Try 'em out sometime...

Hi Flora! A stream schedule would be good, missing livestreams is one of my many skills. Being in England means Americans tend to stream late at night for me as well so it's good to know when it's worth staying up late.

I started playing mods with Tek.. err.. a toaster as well, been using Direwolfs configs for a long time now though so the FTB pack is a nice change to all that installing. I'm glad that people are coming over from the dark side, welcome!
