Thank you! But actually this makes the iridium plate itself, not the iridium alloy ingot (unless this was the change that happened when i changed "DifficultIridiumPlate" to false). Either way, it beats the hell out of needing a ton of industrial TNT for the implosion compressor.

Is there any way I can test that I am in 1.4.2 beta before I fly around the nether any more? The launcher says 1.4.2 beta (as it did when i first downloaded the launcher), but I've downloaded at least 2 updates since I downloaded the launcher, so I have a hunch that I'm not in 1.4.2 anymore...
