yeah like ness said, you have to delete all ur mods and configs then upload new version of the modpack. As long as your world folder is intact, nothing will be lost. But most likely either ur client or server is just outdated which is why its not working for you

Yah recording will make it go down since your computer is recording a video as well as playing mc (two processes using ALOT of resources) btw thats some nice specs u got on ur comp :)
