Victus, in your code, where you have it printing the amount of levels, you need the function to be enchant.getLevels(), not just enchant.get() That should display your levels correctly.

Just put the farm next to it, or close, and give the farm seeds, dirt, and power. Best results would be to pump the seeds from the combine into the farm block and have the wheat and any extra seeds go somewhere else. I believe you need about 2 stacks of dirt or so for the farm to plant it all...
