I see in the log that your java is not the latest, try updating that and hopefully you'll be good to go. Also I would suggest increasing the memory allocated in the java command to 2048m. If not look at your crash log and see what mod or otherwise is stopping it and disable it.

I just had the exact same issue with Refuge server. You have Journey Maps on there and it is a client only mod. Go to the mods folder and add ".disabled" without the quotes to the end of the journey map .jar filename. Jones
