Looks like a bug with Industrial Foregoings Potion Brewer. Dont stick fluid containers in the wrong slot :p
If someone set up a potion brewer before try this:
set the two lines in \minecraft\config\endercore\endercore.cfg to false (and remember what it was set to before)...
