    I must admit, when I think of Buildcraft I think of a outdated mod (no offence meant to anyone) but it's good to hear it's making a come back and getting revamped a little bit. I shall have to start playing around with it again.

    It basically makes it the last port of call for any items in the pipe. So if you have a tree farm and all your storage is full but you want the farm to carry on and not get clogged up you could add a trash can, set the pipe to dense mode (hit it with the cresent hammer twice I believe) then...
