Implosion compressor can do that. (though you get 3 diamonds for 4 dusts, but its still better because you get 3 diamonds from 2 ores)

Well since you already use mystcraft you can get yourself an enderdragon age. I got it by having sky biome, single biome, skylands + all the other nessesary symbols to make it stable.
