    Did you try using the Advanced Miner II on the iridium veins? They do return I think at best 5 crushed ore per ore block, 2.5 times more than mining it and throwing it into the macerator.

    Are you providing MV energy to these machines? Best to do so with copper cables and/or MV battery buffers. That's the only thing I can think of without screenshots, unless you're using wrong recipes which I highly doubt.

    Plutonium (iirc) will decay and and emit radon as one of its radioactive byproducts, so for as long as there is still plutonium, there will be radon gas produced. The half-life of plutonium in minecraft terms is long enough that the loss of plutonium can just be disregarded.

    O.o ok I guess it is possible then...but it's rather dangerous to do so. Better to use the correct voltage cables and risk them burning up rather than risk machines blowing up immediately with one wrong move.

    Use 2x Tin Cables, which are LV. Copper cables are MV and will not work unless you use a transformer. Fortunately it doesn't, which makes more compact setups possible. The fans are just for visual purposes. Actually you can. The output face of an electric machine accepts power but not items...

    From what I see every hit of the screwdriver increases the pump speed by 16mB/t (320L/s). You can do this until you've hit 640L/s for LV and correspondingly up to 163,840L/s for IV.

    @Joel Falk this was from quite a while back but I just discovered a nifty item from GT: fluid regulators as covers, available in all voltage tiers and configurable with a screwdriver.

    Oops I read the wiki page...don't remember how I thought of it as 25% fuel efficiency, but yeah I guess all liquid fuels can be burnt for 80% efficiency, which I think is blanketed across all boilers (sorry currently too lazy to test anything so pardon me if I'm wrong yet again).     As for liquid fueled large boilers, iirc those fuels shown for semifluid boiler can be burned in a large steam boiler for the steam equivalent of 1/4th the amount of EU shown. Creosote oil will therefore give 2,000EU's worth of steam per cell. As for other fuels like nitro diesel and light fuel...

    This is what I use now to power an EBF with LV. Have 3 energy hatches and hook all of them up with a 4x LV battery buffer using 4x tin cables. Since there's only one source of EU, there will be no preferential depletion.

    If what I think you're saying is correct, then you don't need to program each dust with the chest buffer. If stacksize is set to 9 then any type of tiny dust will immediately be outputted once it reaches 9. Any reserve dusts (less than 9) will be kept in there until more come in.
