    Deleted my Java, re-installed, deleted old mod pack folder from yesterday, re-installed all ok :)

    For me it was the 3rd city, I only stayed for a while in the first one however and only scanned the next two looking for it.

    I havn't used these but your pipe on the lava side is not in the 'out' position perhaps thats it?

    I don't know if this would apply to you but i had the same message, upon switching the server files to another drive on my computer the message stopped. It had something to do with minecraft auto saving.

    Same problem here, discovered breaking the controller and replacing gets it going.
