I've resolved it: The router required that it be adjacent to a line of turtles in order to function. I moved the router away from the lever, and replaced it with a turtle. It now works as intended. Thanks for the help

I need it to withdraw from them, actually, and output to the barrel. So far, it's reluctant, even though it recognizes the turtles as an inventory.

Literally the first thing i tried, i'm afraid. Will the router still affect the relevant inventories if it's not adjacent? Because i can move it over and take the lever out of the equation entirely.
