Unfortunately, I'm not sure what's happening. One thing I do notice is you have soartex invictus installed for 1.8 whereas you're using minecraft 1.7.10. I'm not sure if it will cause this at all but try getting the right version. The dw20 pack was recently updated as well.

FtbServer is the one that will be loaded. See my above post. ServerStart.bat(on windows) will load the jar for you. Edit the file with notepad and find at the bottom "nogui" and remove it so you can see those windows!
