Any chance your server runs MCPC? If so, that causes annoying behavior with Mystcraft and chunkloaders. On server restarts, the chunkloader won't force-load the Mystcraft world until a player enters it

Your config might be set to let the filler drop items, the default seems to have gone back and forth a few times recently. And it usually seems to miss some when it is set to destroy drops

You can get in to worlds after the update if you go change the config to the old IDs (or downgrade BoP). It's pretty crash-tastic afterwards though, at least for me

Any bees I've messed with that produced specialties didn't need a specific biome, but did need their preferred temperature and humidity (not just what they tolerate). That was all Forestry bees though, ExtraBees and MagicBees can be much more picky for breeding and specialties

You find saplings, they're in chests in leaf dungeons. But once you plant the saplings you find, the grown tree won't drop any saplings if you cut it down. So make sure you're happy with the spot you grow them in

I think the Forestry work table is the closest you can get to a project table right now, without adding other mods (Project Bench). I really miss the fabricator, personally. I never realized how much I used them until I updated

aaronfranke's method is what I've always used for testing packs/worlds, and it works great. It's good for having a "vanilla" pack for server play, and to test new mods for compatibility issues or ID conflicts

Item tesseracts would be the best thing for quarries, they can handle a ridiculous amount of throughput. If you really want to use chests (I'm assuming ender chests), then AE will keep up if you put a few import buses on the chest, 1 per quarry should do

I absolutely love the Nether as it is now. I always thought the Nether was too safe before, and it bored me to tears. After all, it's basically the MC equivalent to Hell, it shouldn't be somewhere to take a peaceful stroll.

Voxel might do by port, but I haven't tried. I just know Rei's is IP only, since I've had the same problem with it before.

I haven't used Voxel on a server, but if it works like Rei's the waypoints are saved by IP address. So it would only have seperate waypoints if the servers had different IPs (it sounds like yours are all on one machine, right?). If so, the only real way to do it is having seperate waypoint...

It was definitely NEI, WAILA isn't in any of the packs. The highlight tips default to on now.

I've been using chandeliers to have some "moody" lighting. They don't light too far, but mobs still won't spawn within 16(?) blocks of them. Thaumcraft tallow candles can look great if they go with the rest of your design. I really miss Xycraft lamps since I upgraded to 1.5.2, cyan XyLamps...

I'm not 100% sure, but it looks like the 2 MFFS versions (original and Calclavia) are conflicting with each other. Try disabling one of them or changing one of their sets of IDs
