    Request Yellorium Problem

What type of quarry are you using, and how big is your reactor (power and fuel usage)? As well, how are you processing your yellorium ore? In my Infinity world I built a medium-sized reactor and powered a Speed III Ender Quarry in a Mystcraft flat age (normal ore density) with it, along with...

FTB Infinity: A question about Thaumcraft and Biomes O' Plenty

I guess that I am fortunate to have a magical forest a few hundred blocks from my spawn. They're not particularly rare if you explore a whole lot (although it can take quite a while to traverse your continent until you have some sort of fast flight item like Wyvern/Draconic armor or...

    End Game Power in Infinity

Endgame power in Infinity with default config is basically one of two options: Big Reactors (reactor + turbines). You can run the turbines off of other steam sources as well. Right now I am producing steam from 3 Railcraft 36HP boilers (which I built starting in the early-midgame for energy)...

    Umm.. Runic Dungeons question..

Build a wither farm if you want the bricks, then. ;)

    Umm.. Runic Dungeons question..

I think there's a crafting recipe for a breakable version. I think something like 8 stone bricks around a dungeon key.

    Umm.. Runic Dungeons question..

It's a good place to farm spawners for use with other mods (e.g. EnderIO, Draconic Evolution). What I do hate though is that when you make the portal with the staff, it's made from unbreakable blocks so you can't remove it if you decide you don't want it there anymore. There are actually six...

    Angry Endermen??

Magnum torch only prevents "natural" spawns (i.e. the normal vanilla spawning mechanic that creates mobs in dark areas). "Forced" spawns (such as mob spawners, cursed earth, etc.) can still occur even in the presence of a Magnum torch.

DW20: JABBA & Itemtuct system getting clogged?

The only issue with that is if you neglect it for long enough and end up with a million items in your pipes, you're going to lag hard.

    applied energistics 2 help?

I think in general, anything that takes up a full block can connect to a dense cable (since it will occupy the block next to the dense cable), while any parts that go within a block space (such as the import/export/storage buses, terminals, etc.) must be connected via a normal cable since the...

[FTBInfinity] Eating porkchops triggers Zombie Pigman aggro?

I think it's Draconic Evolution but I don't recall for certain. Good thing I eat beef :P

Blocks break and Float Away by themselves

Just note that hungry nodes can be quite useful for getting lots of Vis in Thaumcraft, since instead of waiting for ordinary nodes to recharge slowly, you can dump your crap into them and charge your wands and stuff. So if it's not in your way, you don't have to destroy it. Note that you can...

Blocks break and Float Away by themselves

Yeah, probably a Hungry node. Can't think of anything else that would do that. My advice would be to stay away ;)

Will this PC enough for playing FTB modpacks with the least lag?

Not sure what the minimum is. I have an i7-4770 (stock clock rate) and I get at least that much FPS for the most part (I start to lose FPS once the game is using close to 3 GB of RAM due to garbage collector eating more CPU). An i5 will probably get a similar FPS. An i3 will have less...

    Draconic Armor is broken OP

What about Vanilla villager trading? A good way of getting emeralds but not much else.

Will this PC enough for playing FTB modpacks with the least lag?

Kitchen sink pack = general pack with all sorts of different kinds of mods, as opposed to specialized packs which focus on a single theme (e.g. tech, magic, exploration, PvE combat, PvP combat) or specialized packs which revolve around a single mod. Packs such as Unleashed and Infinity are...

Will this PC enough for playing FTB modpacks with the least lag?

It would technically run with more RAM and a 64 bit version of Windows, but the outdated CPU would definitely lead to single digit FPS in a developed world. So, it will probably run. It just won't run well. Quad core CPU (assuming you want to keep the same mobo and thus have to buy a similar...

AE 2 autocrafting 1 thing and then not able to craft more.

Yes, each multiblock can craft one job at a time. Crafting storage just allows you to assign bigger jobs while coprocessors allow the multiblock to process multiple items simultaneously within a single job. For example, if you want to craft sticks from wood, you craft wood into planks and...

If you could add one thing to any mod...?

AE doesn't shift items around automatically, though. If you have a certain item in your AE network and you add a higher-priority inventory for that item, you still have to transfer the items, either manually, or semi-automatically by using an IO port or by configuring an export bus or other...

Equivalent Exchange/Other Ways to Get Ender Pearls

Easiest way is to save up a dozen pearls or so (get looting if you can to speed this up), unlock the End and kill the dragon in the same way as you would in Vanilla (modded equipment can make the fight easier than it would be in Vanilla). Then feel free to farm Endermen whenever you need pearls...

    Draconic Armor is broken OP

Dota was always meant to be PvP. WoW is probably a fair example (I've never played WoW though). I'm not even suggesting it for PvP specifically (I mainly play single player survival). PvE could stand to be a bit more dynamic as well. Most mods add more powerful weapons and armor without adding...
