For the FTB team: on a 1.10 pack I made myself including railcraft, I noticed the same. I believe this is an issue with railcraft, that has not been fixed yet. May be worth contacting the railcraft author?

Thank you. I hadn't even seen those buttons, or well, with the color difference(they blend into my desktop background) I couldn't tell it was attached to the actual client. Windows vomiting on my screen, as you said, is exactly how I feel, and why I couldn't see these buttons.

I would personally always recommend AGAINST liquid cooling. For one, it's a hassle to maintain(clean it of algae and such), and two, it still is a risk you're taking. One leakage and there go all your dollars(or whatever your local currency is). With air cooling you need to put a bit of thought...
