The GT overclockers aren't worth bothering with imo. Especially for the multiblock machines where you can double the speed by just adding another machine to the casing. I kinda get the feeling that they're just Greg trolling the people complaining about his machines being too slow.

Aye, I don't even bother with the grindstone these days; pulverizer and a basic engine are very accessible. Edit: When I come to think of it, I'm lying a bit. Grindstone is really great for turning gravel to flint.

Well, if what Zavvias says is true (haven't tested it, waiting for the a custom modpack to be approved) you'll eventually snap the handle on the grindstone when it runs out of grindables, but meh. It's just sticks.
