    Your Kit

I do this as well - it's a great way to go. The first allows you to get rid of anything you don't want, any time, any where. The second allows you to store every tool on your person that you could ever need. And best of all? Because it's ender storage, you will never loose all those tools...

    Water Cell Factory

^^^This. And refill the tank indefinitely with xychorium water. ^^^Or this. And refill the transposer indefinitely with an aqueous accumulator.

Solar Powered Matter Fabricator, I'm really proud of this!

Watch at 2:52 (I don't know anything about GT energy storage devices myself, but I'm assuming his logic is sound... :p )

    Turtle script problem?

To make your script run forever (once you've made the tweaks suggested above) simply do edit startup and write shell.run("your script name here") and save that. The startup program runs anytime the turtle is rebooted or the chunk it is in gets reloaded, so that should always run. Keep in mind...

Ask a simple question, get a simple answer

As far as I know (I've never tested it myself) warded stone and warded glass will both completely contain a nuclear blast. I would recommend covering the corners too, just to be safe. It's easy enough to confirm this in a test world if you want to be absolutely sure. :) EDIT: Ah, too slow.

    When Turtles Attack

Sounds like a bug of some sort to me... (which I'm terrible at fixing). Which modpack and version are you using? This won't tell me anything, but may enable someone else to help you. Have you tried relaunching Minecraft already? Maybe redownload the modpack? (Back up your world saves!!)

Ask a simple question, get a simple answer

    1) Use an isolator (fed with DNA) to break down more excess bees in order to get their traits in a serum. Keep the serums you want (ie. a cultivated species serum). 2) Put the new (empty) serum into a synthesizer (also fed with DNA) to create more of it. 3) Take the resulting very-poor quality...

    Need help with sorting system

What you're talking about can easily be achieved using a supplier module I believe. The trick, though, is that you will have to teach the supplier module exactly what it is supposed to keep in each chest (two stacks of iron, one stack of gold, etc). Then, putting regular old item sinks on your...

Ask a simple question, get a simple answer

I don't have any knowledge to offer on the AE end of things, but you could pump items from that chest a LOT faster if you replaced the autarchic gate with an adjacent redstone energy cell. Outputting 64MJ (if you have that kind of power) would pump out a full stack per tick. So you can probably...

Auto ore processing useing RedPower, IndustrialCraft, and BuildCraft

Haha, rewind time a few months and that description would fit me too. :P I got bored with it and wanted to move on to something new I guess. I still have an insane amount to learn in terms of AE though!

Auto ore processing useing RedPower, IndustrialCraft, and BuildCraft

That's the beauty of running so many mods together. :D And just in case you want another way, and are willing to venture into yet another mod... hehe: Thermal Expansion makes a lot of this MUCH much easier. The reason for this is that TE machines can output their items automatically -...

Auto ore processing useing RedPower, IndustrialCraft, and BuildCraft

Hey, sorry I STILL didn't get back to you when I said I would. I'm a graduate student giving my oral defense soon, so Minecraft sort of needs to take a back seat... (blasphemy  ). But if you ARE alright with using Buildcraft after all, Abdiel's setup is definitely the way to go. Here's a...

Hey, Sorry, I don't have Skype. (Well, I created a profile for a specific use ages ago, but I haven't ever used it or added a single person... hahaha). Feel free to message me on here any time though!!

Auto ore processing useing RedPower, IndustrialCraft, and BuildCraft

By managers do you mean retrievers? Or did you tweak the setup slightly? Also, what are you using to pulse the retriever? If it's a timer, is its speed maxed out? (Even if it is, that may not be the most elegant solution...) Let me know on those things and hopefully I can whip up an example of...

Auto ore processing useing RedPower, IndustrialCraft, and BuildCraft

Sorry I didn't respond again right away there - glad you got something figured out! And whether you're using it or not, I just have to say that I quite like how clean and simple martyyp's setup is. :)

Auto ore processing useing RedPower, IndustrialCraft, and BuildCraft

Hmmm, before suggesting something, do you actually want to use Buildcraft or not? You mention it in your list of mods, but none of the items/blocks that you have listed are from Buildcraft. So how do you feel about mixing in BC pipes, gates, etc?

    Thaumcraft Research

As far as I know, there is not way to select what theories you get in what order, other than beginning with items that have particular aspects on them if you happen to know (or are able to guess) what aspects will be on the item that you want to research. EDIT: So in your case, try to think...

    Wheat Harvester?

Tree breeding is as simple as having some bees running (in an apiary or alveary) and planting more than one type of tree nearby. Then use a grafter to harvest any leaves that change their appearance. If you want to know what kind of trees are needed to get certain types of mutations, I can...

    Equivalent Exchange has to go.

The problem with making a claim that "the only point of EE3" is whatever, is that the mod isn't even CLOSE to being complete yet.
