    Current world after redpower 2?

My understanding was that any FTB pack is going to standardize on ID's/Configs, so packs can better inter-change or they can make a pack on the fly. However, an older world not created with FTB and being made could cause problems, if not do a full chunk reset on most your stuff. Sometimes...

    RedPower news, and thaumcraft

Well, as Grumm is an MC employee working specifically on the API and is on the forgecraft server, I think the rumors have a fair chance of being true. While it may not mean working directly, it does mean he gets a to tap the most active out there.

    [Factorization|CCraft]

Also, you can hook up a dispenser (yep, a vanilla dispenser) with a bucket. My personal system non-rp is a dispenser with a wooden pipe on the side and a stone (input) in the back. Each pipe has an Autarchic Iron AND gate. The back gate has InventoryHasItems=Red Pipe Signal AND...

    RedPower news, and thaumcraft

@Zahfelade: I think it was floated at one time, and it was explained that it's actually not modular. From a coding standpoint, 'modular' is not always better. Branching off a section of code into it's own thing now means you have to build two seperate sources every single time you test, and...

Windows .exe Server doesnt work anymore/cant connect to server

Well, to be fair, it's not 'exactly' not listening. In this age updates are common and everywhere. Your phone does it, your operating system does it, heck, most peoples gaming consoles do it. It's ingrained that updates=good, and it's common knowledge that they don't break things, and if it...

    IC2 Miner

If you open your personal IC2 config file, you'll find a 'Valuable Ores' area, you can put the block id's there and give them a value. Note, make sure you use the right block ID's, and be careful adding things like wooden planks/brick as you just might lose your home.

Windows .exe Server doesnt work anymore/cant connect to server

I think the major issue a lot of people are having is that there is no change-log attached to downloading the pack. On to the other half of what you said. While it is true that everything out there and probably even on this site says 'Back up your saves!' and 'Back up your folder' hundreds...

Windows .exe Crash after modpack update.

Flagging manual mods as disabled would be a good compromise

    Client updated, server not?

Looks like two mods were removed, Extra Bees being one of them. Unsure on the other as of yet, but I'd also assume attempting to interact with anything that has an extra bee in it could be.... disastrous.

    Log in problems!

This simply means you need to login with your Mojang account, not your Minecraft account (This would be an e-mail address instead of your minecraft name)

    Client updated, server not?

Having the same issue as well, and attempting to copy the updated universal versions over to the server mods folder only yielded errors. One thing I was a little, well, not entirely happy with was that there was no change-log of what changed. If I knew specifically what changed in the two...
