You can do this in both the ftb launcher and multimc, for the ftb launcher use the instructions I posted above, for multimc it's under the java tab in the settings dialogue.

Try deleting the .dat files in worldname/EnderStorage backup your world first though because this will remove everything from your enderchests and tanks.
