Try using force update in multimc, if it is the ftb launcher downloading the minecraft files incorrectly, then multimc should be able to download the correct ones and replace them.

If you aren't able to notice it then it doesn't matter, and did you try setting chunk loading to multi-core like I suggested.

Download multimc from forkk.net and import the modpack and try launching it with mutlimc.

Try removing the block at -206,83,475 using mcedit. If that doesn't work it may be one adjacent to it.

Remove the block at 156,68,358 using mcedit, if that doesn't work it may be a block adjacent to it.

In the video I wasn't able to notice the tiny lag spikes but that may just be me, one thing that would help is changing chunk loading to multi-core under videos settings, this should at least remove large lag spikes.

Try downloading multimc from forkk.net and import it using the button in the dropdown menu. Then try launching it through multimc.
