That's the TE ores that it adds. You'll have to go into the configs. and turn on IC2 copper and tin world generation... Or use the Forge lexicon and convert them... You'll also have to turn off the TE world generation in order to not have that ore pop up...

If all you want to do is have cross integration with other mods, while still being your own stand-alone mod, you can download the API's for those mods and add to those systems... If your mod is indeed an add-on to an existing mod, then you need to be aware of the restrictions for add-on...

Remember that if your valve is placed on the 2 bottom-most levels of the iron tank multi-block, they will default into being output only... Try moving the valves a bit higher on your setup and see if that fixes the problem...
