Well I finally got it working. i was on the server and out of nowhere it got closed

I did that but it wont work it says I need to install treecapitator r13

Can someone please give me the link for tree capitator not the page for the download? I am putting the version of treecapitator r13 in my mods folder then I tried it in my coremods but it wont work it keeps saying I need to install treecapitator r13
