It's working now. I changed my directory for the pack and launched. It DL'd the pack and I was back in. I'm not sure what went wrong with my old directory, but meh. It's working now. Thank you!!!

So, my bro is trying to DL DW20 164 and he has the latest ftb launcher, but the Horizons and DW20 modpacks don't show up. The top modpack for him is Unleashed. What does he need to do to get the new packs to appear on the mod pack list?

So, my friends and I recently began playing on a custom modpack server (we wanted TE3 and TC4), and after a while, I noticed that we don't seem to have EE3. Can I add it to the server (and players add clientside) and continue playing, or would we have to wipe the server and re-roll if we add EE3?
