    Modtweaker definitely covers all Thaumcraft, Blood Magic and Botania crafting mechanics. The only one I'd be unsure about is the ore purification system.

    I would thoroughly recommend mentioning in the OP that you don't need to download a map, it's far from obvious with this style of modpack. Obviously, reading the thread came up with the answer, but it ought to say in the OP, because that's kinda an important part of the set-up :P

    No more so than I tend to struggle with the actual ores themselves. The problem with metals is they tend to have to be near to metal-grey :P Really, though, as long as the tooltips show up properly, that's enough for me :P

    All research in any mod that loads before TT. I'm not sure whether there are any TC addons that load before it, because I'd filled out a couple of mods' trees before I finished the vanilla and TT researches... Thankfully, though, research fragments aren't required to unlock hidden researches any...

    Marvellous job with this, it's an invaluable resource. Glad it's stickied :D Just want to note that, since 4.0.4, all wand cores past Greatwood along with Silver and Thaumium wand caps also have Infusion crafting as a required research, what with them being infusion crafted now :)
