It's kind of hard for FTB to be known for Direwolf20 when Direwolf20 doesn't even mention FTB in his video titles or descriptions. Do a search for FTB or Feed The Beast on Youtube and you get Mindcrack, Hermitcraft, SethBling, and small youtube channels.

The fiasco in question was an incident where people on the MinecraftForums spammed the BetterThanWolves thread trying to get FlowerChild to let BTW be in the YogBox. The Yogscast didn't approve of it, and most of the Yogscast fanbase didn't approve of it either.

Yeah people coming specifically because of the Yogscast will likely use the Yogscast pack, which should be out pretty soon. The only reason it's not out yet is because they don't have permissions for DamageIndicators yet.

And yet these people somehow manage to completely overlook the same type of people that post on Mindcrack or Direwolf youtube videos. The FTB section is all server posts. look at some other sections, such as the general minecraft.

You do of course realize that that's what the IC2 recipe gives you without GregTech, right? Forestry Bronze was kind of a cheaty method when used for IC2. I'm surprised he didn't just disable forestry bronze completely.
