I'm really a GT fan, I even think that it's one of the best mods out there (along with foresty+extra bees). For me the problem with Unhinged is that it doesn't offer me enough variety. I don't mind removing cheaty mods like EE3 or Powerconverters... but not having Thaumcraft and extra bees...

GT machines are faster than induction furnace after you upgrade it though. But i'm sure a mod like you describe might be useful for some people. Btw. There is no GT - Tinker's Construct incompatibility

Gregtech already adds these machines though.

Lack of quality in BoP.. hmmh.. The biomes themselves are awesome, but bees are much harder to find in BoP biomes. It almost seems that some biomes / biome trees are not configured properly.

From my experience (I don't know the exact data on this), chocolate frames do not cause degenerative bees, but mutation chance does. From my experience 1 Mutator is completely safe. A good tactic is also to let the bees degenerate and just get their species serum before they die, most...

You mean more tedious? I thought it's already established that tedious is the right adjective to describe mods that don't give you everything in the first 30 minutes of gameplay :)

One of the disabled mods is a biome-mod so I would advice starting a new world if you want to include that.

Ehh. I've never said that. I've always said that 152 has a NGT and a WGT pack. I'm not sure what you're referring to.

Thanks for that. However, this pack is so weak that I doubt alot of people are even going to choose it. Ah well. back to playing on custom servers I've done all of that, and the bottom line is that the pack is weak. I'll just continue using a custom pack as i've been the past 2 months...

consulting doesnt mean the same as constructing the pack. AND i'm ASKING to know which one is to blame to this. If Wyld doesn't answer, I'll ask from Greg, but most likely it's FTB team responsible for the weak pack.

The new GT pack is missing -alot- of the mods that used to be in 152ngt (including computerCraft and many others)... Is this showing the middle finger to people that like playing GT and telling them to go elsewhere?

It's a bit sad that the Unhinged modpack is so small. I think i'll stick to the custom packs.
