    Like I said, the bedrock ingot block (9x bedrock ingot) is 97% and plenty expensive. The depleted fuel can only be obtained by being at the reactor stage, so perhaps mixing bedrock dust and depleted dust you get shielding dust? Then pulse jet?

    That's precisely what I did. I put two waste containers over top of my reactor, with reflectors above. That way neutrons emitted downward and a portion of those that went upward and were reflected feed back into the reactor. The rest are lost to the shielding... I know that bedrock ingots are...

    You can also use the spent fuel container neutrons to feedback to the reactor.

    The issue wasn't just chunk loading... We had limited duration Chickenchunks loaders, so I got 4 hours after logout. When that expired it'd make a crater on next login.

    Breeder reactors are for making higher grade fuel (plutonium). This was the next step up from an HTGR, which I had previously. I'm considering swapping over to ammonia to double the power output, and I have lots of low grade thorium to try in it next.

    Let me say that despite the FPS woes, I can't believe how powerful this reactor is. I must have really underestimated the strength, or recycling waste neutrons adds that much more in 1 direction only. I've got over 13000 steam stuck in the pipes and my turbine has been running 100% for hours...

    I've had fps lag before where I had frequent movement near transparent blocks and microblocks that was very laggy over lighting recalculation. Been a few versions, but I ripped out everything transparent just in case.

    It's only 12 core, 2x2x3. It's blocked in on all sides, so I never see the neutrons. I already eliminated all the glass in the area to reduce lighting issues. I know steam causes issues, but when I am not making steam with the grate off the lag continues.
