Well, I was excited about this.
I updated to the new openPeripherals and CC to 1.63. Upon logging in I had creepers that were in my mob grinder promptly blow it up.
Apparently mobs aggro on turtles now? That's a bummer. :( I might downgrade.
Don't get me wrong -- These textures look nice, but I do really prefer the original textures. Especially for the pipes.
These aren't replacing vanilla BC textures, are they?
Yeah, I've accidentally made slimes before. I meant mobs that become infected from lingering in tainted areas, like pigs, creepers, etc. I've never personally seen it happen.
Does taint spread have to be on in order to see tainted mobs? I don't think I've ever seen one, and I watched some sheep play around waist deep in the stuff for quite a while..

Buildcraft Waterproof Pipes won't even connect to the tesseract at all, though.
Thanks for coming by and giving an explanation.
That's really unfortunate, though. TE and Buildcraft were the two mods I used the most in 1.4.7, and almost always side-by-side.

No, I mean the Buildcraft variety of item transfer pipes. I'm trying to get items into my LP system, so I didn't want to use TE itemducts.
I did. =/ Fixed.
After a bit more testing, I found that the issue I was having regarding a tesseract directly on top of a quarry was because that the receiving tesseract was still hooked up to item transfer pipes, and for some reason it can't directly push items to pipes anymore. But it can output directly to a...
