Runo electric engines produce MJs not EU. Biogenerators use ethanol and turn it into EU. I am pretty sure biofuel wont work in a biogenerator however MFR has a block called the unifer and that will convert it 1:1 to ethanol.

Seed oil in biogas engines has been nerfed so hard its literally a waste of your time. You would be better off making biofuel. However if you want the best bang for your buck then you should make biofuel and pump it into a boiler. But to do that you will need a constant supply of the stuff.

In greg's config you can disable the quarry. Also remove AE. Of course get rid of dartcraft. With no AE and no Quarry it should be much harder.

If you upgrade your sewer you will make plenty of sewage to make plenty of fertilizer with a composter. I find that one group of animals in a pen can produce enough for several farms.

gretech mentions using ic2 377 to fix EU-net issues. However there are other bugs in the 377 version that if your running classic ic2 make it unbearable. Basically ic2 for 1.5.x is very very buggy.

If you pour all the liquids into one smeltery you will make unintended alloys. This is why in DW20's video from last season he had a smeltery for each metal alloy.

Its awesome that that change is coming but it sounds like from what I have heard going from 1.6 to 1.7 is going to be one of the hardest jumps yet. It will be next spring before we have mods working for 1.7 at the soonest.

If you go the MJ cruicible lava to Eu route you need to make sure you use netherack. It only costs 12000 MJs to create lava. Which in turn will produce 20,000 EU so your getting a better ratio. Otherwise its 1-1 and thats just terrible. MJs should be worth more then lava...

MFR for 1.6 isnt official. I would use those versions with caution.

It will list MFR when there is a public beta out. Right now its just some people making a few ports. The 1.5.2 version of the site always had MFR listed.

Thats an addon for EE3 with his own compiled unofficial version of EE3. I would hardly call that a beta public release.
