THe igneous extruder part says smooth stone needs lava. This is completely untrue, one bucket will suffice while it'll need a constant supply of water.

How about you seal up the area of ocean you want with glass or something and just pump everything out with a BC pump? You'd also need to seal a tube around the pump pipe and attach a void fluid pipe to get rid of the excess water.

And it's always best to use the potato battery because it comes with a flux charge incorporated already. Any regular flux capacitor has to start at 0 and be filled.
