Can you check you have full read write permissions to the following folder on your PC? C:\Users\Jezza_69\AppData\Roaming\ftblauncher

This is quite a common issue. Copy your configs folder from the server to your computer and replace what is already there. This should fix it, if not then let us know.

Ok, so it's definitely Optifine, I'll check what version of Optifine I installed on mine to get it working (as I'm pretty sure it wasn't D5).

If you remove Optifine (just temporarily) do you get the same error?

When you installed Optifine which section of the launcher did you add it to? (ie. Core Mods, Jar Mods, Mods etc.)

Are you sure what you installing are Jar mods? Thanks to Forge there really aren't many that are. Do you have a list of the mods you're trying to add?
