Galacticraft is a awesome mod. If you have it with GregTech the spaceship is super hard to make adding the balance.

In regards to extra biomes, would anyone be against using biomes o plenty? UE is required for Metallurgy to work. From my past experiences with galaticraft, I don't think UE will work but I will give it a go

When you installed metallurgy 3 did you install universal electricity along with it? I seem to be able to get MPS to work. I have yet to try the MPS addons I will let you know in the next 24 hours

I I have made a 1.5.1 pack for myself and I can confirm this is the case. They last for about 7seconds before they slowly lose momentum.

If you go all the way up to where your .minecraft folder would be, you should see 2 folders; minecraft and instmods. You want to place forge in the instmods folder. :)

Try installing Optifine. (http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/249637-151-optifine-hd-b2-fps-boost-hd-textures-aa-af-and-much-more/) I have a slow-ish computer and this doubles sometimes triples my FPS. If you need any help installing Optifine, PM me :)

Personally I'm adding Ars Magica just for the magic content it adds. IMO ultimate has too few magic mods and should add maybe 2 more. Also I am adding (possibly depends on my testing) liquid metals. It seems like a really cool way of ore processing so I'll try it out. :)

Did that... Just kept clicking save and continue and eventually after I finished the configs for xycraft the game froze and crashed. I will try and re create the crash tomorrow so you can see the change log Thank you very much. :)

I gave up using ID resolver just kept crashing with Redpower Core. Could someone get a config that works with DW20's pack. Thanks :)

I did that worked fine for a bit loaded up perfectly. Then when I was in a test world my game froze while I was finding a good area. It crashed and gave me a parse error to do with RedPower Core
