I deleted facades.cfg from the config folder (FTB\direwolf20_17\minecraft\config\AppliedEnergistics2) and it worked for me. :)

I think tihs is causing it.

Just happpend to me with cobblestone so I opened level.dat with NBTExplorer and found this. This "tag" is causing it.

I only used vanilla crafting bench so I don't know if it's also happening with crafting station.
