Removing decocraft won't cause issues but will shuffle names about a bit. Copying saves from SSP to server and the other way around can cause the issues you're experiencing, just stop doing that. To recreate the overworld delete dim0, note everything will be deleted.

There are no ID's anymore, every time they add a mod all the item NAMES get shuffled about. Does not and should not cause any issues in world. Servers update fine as well as player files and items in inventory. Whatever you're using for "inventory transfer" is causing this issue.

Set this to false in the Thaumcraft config: Will still get hungry nodes they just won't eat everything.

Well if you launched FTB from the same folder as your custom modpack then yes it removed your mod folder and overwrote it.

There's power coming in thru the 5th assembler, why it's lit up but there's too many interfaces on that line, the white lights indicate no channels.

It won't do anything if it's not chunkloaded, one pure node does almost a chunk(15x15 centered on the node), will clear taint in a couple of hours. The bloom changes the biome back to original, the pure node converts to a magical forest, don't do both.

Nope, pump works fine everywhere in Infinity... I use it for an infinite blood ocean just fine. That's to EXCLUDE dimesnsions That^^ Try a tesseract or engine directly next to the pump and a BC or ender tank directly on top of the pump to test, because I know that works in Infinity.

Also the asphalt from Chisel does this.
