Okay i think that worked , but when i do ./gc , and it tells me tps and loaded chunks and worlds ect, theres loads called DIM-[number] i know thats all different worlds ,but any that you know that would help reduce lag or if i need to disable any mods to make it run smooth? like do you know any...

In ./plugins there Essentials chat Essentials EssentialsProtect Essentials spawn, but the config is not right still..

Well i just replaced the KCauldron version to KCauldron-1.7.10-1448.121-server, and it has not crashed but came up with this:
