You can use a drum of the wild to destroy any crops and flowers in it's vicinity. All it requires is a burst of mana, which can be automated via a redstone mana spreader and so one. It's pretty neat tbh, and it also has a version which destroys leaves I believe. Look in the lexica botania book...

A suggestion about the sugar cane problem is put it as a normal quest reward, but still have the option to pick between the other seeds. No one is going to bother with the triple compressed dirt with only a 20% chance of it happening. That or, do what others said, which is put it in a dungeon...

When I need slime leaves I just get my shears and just kinda hold down left click and move my mouse around to get as many as I can before they disappear. Depending on the tree I normally get around 20ish leaves

Like you do any normal vanilla spawner, either dig underground and tunnel or go through a wall. You don't have to kill all the mobs just to break the spawner

Fel is right, but I don't like that mod with all the demons and bosses and stuff so I disabled it, the blaze boss thing has 500hp like no thank you

Well I didn't wanna waste glowstone or lamps, so it's the best way haha. That or you could put glass below the water with a torch beneath that, although the lanterns work better in my opinion
